Cheyutha Foundation for Organ Transplants (CFOT) is a social organization founded in 2015 by renal transplant recipients. We are dedicated to providing comprehensive support to patients with kidney diseases, including those on dialysis or awaiting transplantation, across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.

We work to provide financial support and emotional assistance to needy patients wherever possible. Our goal is to alleviate the burden of healthcare costs and ensure patients have access to the care they need. We also help patients access government schemes and other support programs.
